"Out of Credits" warnings on API despite still having credits remaining

We constantly get out "Out of Credits" errors from the API, despite having many credits still available for the month. This is just a bug and not really a suggestion, but its annoying enough that now my team is evaluating PDL alternatives. We've submitted a bug request for it. Its not the first time its happened though.

We're working on making some updates to the backend of our self service product that should prevent this from happening in the future.
Apologies for all the inconvenience this has caused, this has been a persistent headache for us at PDL.
