For this id (d11e61e02446d8b31f17e13370c024ca2710d0ce6ef58c0b07298a90d7f8c519) Retrieve API does NOT return recommend_personal_email. However, PE API for same profile DOES return recommend_personal_email

On the other hand, 4qCJDm9D5gq-CTfxH2T4lw_0000, return recommended_personal_email with both API's.
It seems to be id specific.
All calls were made with the same key and thus same bundles.
