Feature Requests

Today, PDL publishes an updated company dataset on a monthly cadence. This is a Feature Request to capture general requests for a faster dataset update cadence, and/or any specific fields or attributes that you would want updated at an increased velocity. Please leave more information about any details or specific fields for your use case.

Having AI-generated summaries of website data would be very useful, providing insights like core ICP or customer descriptions that are more detailed than current offerings.

I would like to use the API to filter service providers based on the number of reviews they have and how long they have been in business.

I would like to purchase a data set that is already filtered to include only companies with a significant presence in the US, without having to buy the global data set and filter it myself.

I am interested in having product launch information available in the platform.

I would like to have a list of competitors for any account as a standalone field in the platform.

I would like the platform to have the capability to identify shell companies or little-used entities involved in fraud schemes, as this would be beneficial for our use case in fraud investigations.

I would like the platform to provide historical ticker data for companies that were public and then went private, including a clear history of identifiers that can be mapped to.

I would like the investor IDs in the funding data to be converted to human-readable strings. This would save us a lot of time in data ingestion and improve our ability to match funding data with investors.

It would be beneficial to have inferred industry classifications for companies, as this would provide more accurate and comprehensive industry data.
