Add a field to understand the employee count by role at different seniorities

Without using the Person Search API, it's not possible to understand, for example, the count of employees at an organization in the engineering role that are senior.
For example, it would be valuable to understand the number of entry level software engineers that have taken a professional development course and compare that number to senior software engineers that have taken the same course over a defined time horizon.
An insights field like
employee_count_by_role_by_level
would be the preferred solution.
