Allow employee_count_by_country, employee_count_by_role, and linkedin_follower_count to searchable fields

Presently, users are unable to use fields like

employee_count_by_role

to find companies that have, for example, more than 10 employees in an engineer role.

Please enable searchability with this fields to expand the potential use cases for the Company Search API.

It doesn't have to be searchable. It would be great if you can return that information in company endpoint. So something like that would be great: {"employee_counts_by_subrole": {"data": 3, "marketing": 5}}
