Create a Company Retrieve API

Similar to Person Retrieve, it would be helpful to be able to only be charged for a response if a company has been updated since the last time it was retrieved from a company endpoint.

Second this - very important for a consistent user experience, especially for data returned from Autocomplete (you have the IDs there, you want to use them), or for checking back on a company over time.
If you think about it the Company Enrichment API is really a Company Retrieve, which right now is matching "name OR ticker OR website OR profile".
If we could match "id" too, we'd have part of this request on Company Enrichment already. (Charlie is also asking for charging per-update, which the enrichment-implementation would not contemplate)
