the filter_updated parameters enable users to determine which information updates constitute a successful update based on their business need. This work has been completed in Q3 and we've been excited to roll it out to our customers!

We'll be building an MVP of this in the Person Retrieve API which allows a user to filter records by whether or not a person has changed jobs since the last time they pulled the record. This will still require sending the IDs to retrieve, but will allow you to only be charged when the change in the record is valuable to you.
