Hi Mathematical Halibut. We've made updates to self-serve pricing to improve the experience for customers, including the automatic roll over of credits when a subscription is upgraded to a larger volume or annual plan. 
We've also expanded our free tier to all self-serve products. Free users can access up to 100 free monthly credits for all self-serve subscriptions: Person Enrichment API, Person Search API, Company Enrichment API, and Company Search API.

You can now roll over credits to the next monthly or annual cycle
Rollover credits are unused plan credits from one cycle that roll into the next so long as you have a paid plan. You can roll over up to the amount of your new subscription plan.
