We ran into this over the weekend. We searched for the same 300 or so names repeatedly while writing out our code to chunk our requests into a maximum size of 100 to conform to the API's limits and quickly blew through the credits we have paid for. Could we get those paid credits back? Please set up 300 to 500 fictitious names (or real names) and/or provide a test key so that developers can get their code working without paying $$$. Alternatively, don't charge for providing the same names/details within say a week of a prior response with those names.
