Today, Job Title and Skill Enrichment APIs are exclusively available for Enterprise plans.

This request is to enable self-serve Free and Pro plans access to the APIs.

As a note, we will be enabling the Job Title Enrichment API as we are deprecating the Skill Enrichment API for all customers. See this deprecation notice for additional information
