Increase coverage of Instagram Handles/URL

As of v25.2 (March 2024), PDL has ~3MM Instagram URLs and Usernames.
Increasing coverage of Instagram profiles would be helpful for enrichment, but also knowing that when we report on who has engaged with an ad to Instagram, they are more easily identifiable than having to manually match back to our person records.

I need the batch enrich tool to include Instagram profiles in the required fields configuration. This would allow me to filter and receive only those profiles that contain Instagram data, similar to how Facebook profiles can be filtered.
