Increase terms limit from 100 to 10,000

PDL imposes a 100 items limit on terms search using Elasticsearch to query the API. The ability to leverage a 10,000 limit would help ensure a diverse spread of candidates across our end users.

We have updated the terms limit from 100 -> 1000. We will assess further if we need to increase beyond that. Please contact your CSM or support@peopledatalabs.com if there's a need for beyond 1,000 so we can get a better understanding of your needs.

We plan on increasing this limit from 100 to 1000. Once implemented, we will assess the impact and can continue to increase this limit based on feedback.
