Order the experience array by start_date

Our experience arrays are currently unordered. Ordering them by start_date with the most recent experience in index 0 would reduce additional post-processing efforts

I agree on this. The array should have some kind of order.

This is an interesting feature that we'd like to continue to explore and potentially revisit. What holds this back is that we have items in the experience array that may be "incomplete", and missing start dates.
