Signals that indicate likelihood of candidate to change job
Expose a data attribute or attributes that help an HR platform determine if a candidate is likely to change jobs soon. Examples might include:
1) Have they recently updated text in their resume?
2) Have there been layoffs at their company?
3) Has their manager departed the org?
4) Have they been at the company for longer than their average tenure at a company?

We've decided not to pursue this at this time and put the project on hold. After doing customer discovery, many customers viewed this as a "nice to have" vs a premium feature they would pay for.
We tested a few different methods, but most provided pretty low signal. The effort for PDL to build and validate this is higher than the value customers placed on it.

Hear ye, hear ye!
My request is as such:
After hearing requests for information about when a person may be leaving a job or looking for new work on multiple sales calls (I can dig through and find the exact Gongs if necessary), I had an idea: why don't we provide 'Flight Risk' as a field and/or multiple fields?
So far, I've described it this way manually:
A customer can look at a company's average tenure, average tenure by role, and average tenure by level, and then the number of years a person has spent at that company so far. From there, they could hypothetically calculate the likelihood of that person leaving, or that person's openness to leaving.
That's a pretty manual process, so I wonder if it's possible for us to build that calculation ourselves (which shouldn't be too technically challenging), and offer it either as a premium field or multiple premium fields!
Let me know y'all's thoughts - I'd love to be a part of the process if this sounds appealing!
