Create a Skill Taxonomy to help define interrelationships amongst skills (i.e. programming languages > javascript > React == ReactJS).

This is useful for mapping and understanding the landscape of skills.

Skills are currently open text fields. This makes it difficult to create any sort of taxonomy or linkages to determine similar skillsets across profiles. A canonical list would help to alleviate this problem.
