The need: Customers are asking for the ability to purchase endpoint agnostic API credits.
Potential Solution: We give the customer a bank of neutral API credits and the power to allocate those credits to endpoints on their own at their discretion.
Please make it such that I purchase credits and it can be used on any of the services. Doesn't make any sense for me to purchase credits for person search only or people enrichment only. The credits cost the same regardless of which I purchase.
