Job posting data sourced from company career pages and job boards.

I would like an API for accessing job posting data, as the current flat file format is not ideal for our needs. This would allow us to filter specific job titles and companies more efficiently.

Increase the coverage of job listings and companies tracked in the Job Posting Dataset

Including total rewards information, such as bonuses and benefits, in job postings would provide a more comprehensive view of how companies reward their talent.

Having access to historical job postings data is important for us to analyze trends over time. We understand there might be limitations, but this data would be valuable for our long-term analysis.

New canonical field representing any information on minimum or maximum years of experience, as observed in Job Posting descriptive text.

I would like to have recruiter information included in the job posting data, similar to what is available on LinkedIn, where the actual person assigned to the recruiting process is visible.

Roles listed by executive search agencies provide high intent signals on job roles. There is high intent from the company to fill this role because it is expensive to list. It is also a strong signal for the candidate that the company is serious about filling this role.

Separate the company description from the job description - the recruitment description is always so much better than the marketing description from a company for modeling.

Add raw fields alongside parsed fields in the Job Posting Schema for: - Location - Industry - Skills
