Feature Requests

Create a Skill Taxonomy to help define interrelationships amongst skills (i.e. programming languages > javascript > React == ReactJS). This is useful for mapping and understanding the landscape of skills.

Increase fill rates of skills. Skills are very useful for all recruiting use cases and with <20% fill rate, it limits a lot of candidates.

I would like to have the skills associated with each job position in a person's job history. Currently, the skills are not broken down by each individual job. This feature would be very valuable for us.

Understanding the GitHub Repo Rating is a value add and assists in prioritization of candidates for tech positions.
