Add dataset_version to the Person Search API response
dataset_version is currently confined to the Person Enrichment API. It would be helpful to have the dataset_version in the Person Search API response as well to better track changes month over month.

Increase to Default and Maximum Search API rate limit
Our current default search API rate limit is 10/min. We provide up to 60/min to enterprise customers.

Increase terms limit from 100 to 10,000
PDL imposes a 100 items limit on terms search using Elasticsearch to query the API. The ability to leverage a 10,000 limit would help ensure a diverse spread of candidates across our end users.
