Allow customers to pay as they go in smaller amounts like other platforms do

Allow self-serve users to use the Preview Search API and Preview Enrichment API to show a preview of profiles that can later be enriched to display contact details.

Monthly subscriptions currently allow you to select a custom number of credits to consume. Some use cases are difficult to accurately estimate monthly usage. To handle for this requires constant monthly maintenance to upgrade or downgrade packages as necessary to meet volume needs. Allowing for overages on self-serve plans would ensure uninterrupted service in situations where it's difficult to estimate monthly usage and eliminate the headache of forecasting and readjusting packages each month.

We are a public university in Germany and are not permitted to pre-pay for services via credit cards, we'd like the ability to pay via invoice for our self-service packages.
