There seems to be a population of fake profiles, with non-human names, present in the Person dataset. Filtering out these profiles provide a cleaner data set and will simplify post processing in Person search.

Support for the expanded "Industry v2" canonical industry categories in PDL's person data (e.g., experience.company .industry). List of "industry_v2" field values available in the PDL company dataset: https://docs.peopledatalabs.com/docs/industries-v2

Validating LinkedIn URL's and marking LinkedIn URL as historical/active would be very useful, enabling presenting a URL as live or not.

The current summary field takes the longest length summary of all editable text fields in a profile. Add separate About and Headline raw fields similar to what you find on LinkedIn. (Person Data)

We've gotten feedback that phone number tagging similar to email tagging (personal/professional) would be helpful. In some cases, phone numbers that are displayed in the phone_numbers field are duplicated across profiles, especially when affiliated with a company, but it is difficult to disambiguate these at the individual profile level

Our experience arrays are currently unordered. Ordering them by start_date with the most recent experience in index 0 would reduce additional post-processing efforts

Increase coverage of job role/subrole/level tagging

Job titles for profiles that work at law firms with the keywords 'associate', 'counsel', and 'partner' are not tagged as job_title_role=legal. All of these titles are lawyers.

The 5-10 smallest countries in the world have disproportionately high populations in PDL's data due to tons of fake // joke resumes. Example: Population of Monteserrat: 4,649 (2019 census) Profiles PDL has in Monteserrat: 1.7M Most common name in Montesserrat in the PDL data: Mohamed Ali

I would like to have more granular segmentation capabilities in PDL. The current categories are too broad for our needs. We need to be able to filter down to specific teams or departments within large companies.
