Add a new data field to capture an array of LinkedIn Posts for person records.

Expose a data attribute or attributes that help an HR platform determine if a candidate is likely to change jobs soon. Examples might include: 1) Have they recently updated text in their resume? 2) Have there been layoffs at their company? 3) Has their manager departed the org? 4) Have they been at the company for longer than their average tenure at a company?

Create a Skill Taxonomy to help define interrelationships amongst skills (i.e. programming languages > javascript > React == ReactJS). This is useful for mapping and understanding the landscape of skills.

Add additional coverage to the Person Dataset that includes healthcare workers.

Since names are put in lowercase for searching, it makes displaying names with abnormal capitalization difficult. For example acme co cannot become Acme CO with a simple Title Case or proper capitals of Coeur D'Alene, ID or Coeur D'Alene Street is not easy without inside knowledge.

There seems to be a population of fake profiles, with non-human names, present in the Person dataset. Filtering out these profiles provide a cleaner data set and will simplify post processing in Person search.
